CROSS LAMINATED TIMBER [CLT] is breakthrough technology which facilitates manufacturing houses in an assembly line model in offsite factories.

Manufactured bathrooms and kitchens can be installed as complete components.

Windows and doors are installed prior to shipment – allowing for 100% weather-tight installations.

ndia will have a 38.4 million urban housing shortage by 2030. India ranks 134th among 137 countries for air quality. Current building techniques with concrete and steel contributes to the air quality problem.
