Zindia has chartered and shipped over 3 million cbm of Forest products to India since 1997.

As breakbulk requires a high level of expertise in handling due to the unique nature of the supply chain; It is important for us to work closely with our producers, from harvesting and processing to the port, ultimately the buyers yard.

Each load & discharge port require a different set of equipment and infrastructure, as well as experienced personnel.

We source breakbulk logs and woodchips from plantations in New Zealand, Australia, Uruguay, Thailand, Vietnam, and Argentina.

WOODCHIPS

Zindia offer plantation Acacia and Eucalyptus woodchips, that deliver wood fibre with consistent and reliable industry standard specifications, ideally suited for the production of paper pulp. We source high-quality woodchips from Vietnam, Brazil, and Thailand with capacity to ship in breakbulk.

PINE & EUCALYPTUS - SOUTH AFRICA

Zindia has its own dedicated packing yard situated at Durban. All Pine and Eucalyptus logs are sourced from plantations on the east coast of South Africa. We offer containerized log cargo to any Indian port.

BIOSECURITY - R&D

Zindia’s Joint Venture Partnership with Genera NZ is to develop and implement Phyto sanitation with world class fumigation and recapture technologies in India.

The Phyto sanitation of forest products such as logs, and lumber will be based on best-in-class technologies while maintaining the highest possible standards of occupational Safety and Health (OSH), and Environmental standards in Indian ports of entry.

Our technology will enhance Forest products sourcing footprint, thus diversifying sourcing risks and reducing the cost of raw material required for affordable housing, manufacturing , infrastructure development and exports.
